The new menu by Chef Michael van Dorst is greatly anticipated by many patrons. His dishes will create excitement and awaken curiosity.
Although still young, Michael has already 15 years of experience beneath his belt. Starting out in the Netherlands at top restaurants with Michelin stars as an apprentice was an eye-opener for him:

"I learned to love my job and to make the most of a top quality product," he says.
Michael has worked in England and Bonaire before he and his girlfriend moved to Aruba for the birth of their first child.
It’s his fervent ambition is to keep Le Dôme Restaurant at the top. ``I am striving for fine dining at a reasonable price,’’ he says, and knowing Michael he is going all the way!
